Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Travelieons — the travel CRM, its mobile app and this website — provided by Travelieons Technologies PVT. LTD. ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your agency. If you do not agree, please do not use Travelieons.

1. The service

Travelieons is software for travel agencies to manage enquiries, customers, quotations, bookings, payments, accounts and communication. The features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve, change or retire features over time and will give reasonable notice of anything significant.

2. Your workspace and users

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the people you add as users, the roles and permissions you give them, and everything done through your workspace.
• Keep passwords confidential and tell us at once about any unauthorised access.

3. Trial, plans and payment

• A free trial, where offered, lasts for the period shown at sign-up. At the end of it you choose a plan to continue.
• Subscription fees are as shown for your plan when you buy or renew it, and are payable in advance. GST and other applicable taxes are added as required by law.
• If a payment is not made, access may be limited or paused until it is; your data is kept during that time.
• Fees already paid are not refundable for a partly used period, except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.

4. Your data

The information your agency enters — customers, travellers, bookings, rates and documents — belongs to your agency. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to hold it, including any consents your customers must give. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle it. You can export your data while your account is active.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Travelieons for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, or to send spam or unsolicited messages;
• upload malicious code, or try to reach another agency's data or bypass security or plan limits;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service except as the law permits.

6. Third-party services

Some features work through other providers — payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS, email, mailbox and social platforms. Your use of them is also subject to those providers' own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions (for example a message template the WhatsApp platform rejects).

7. AI features

AI drafts, extractions and suggestions are aids, not advice. Always check them before you send anything to a customer or rely on a figure; you remain responsible for quotations, prices and messages that go out from your workspace.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep Travelieons available and your data backed up, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance will be kept short and, where possible, announced in advance. Support is available through our Contact page.

9. Suspension and closing an account

You can stop using Travelieons at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, fails to pay, or puts the service or other users at risk. Before data is deleted after closure you may ask for an export, as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Ownership of the software

Travelieons, its design, code and content (other than your data) belong to Travelieons Technologies PVT. LTD.. Your subscription gives you a right to use the service during its term; it does not transfer ownership of any part of it.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost bookings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your agency paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and we will announce significant changes inside the CRM. Continuing to use Travelieons after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction over our registered office, after both sides have first tried in good faith to resolve it.
