Privacy policy

What we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy explains what information Travelieons Technologies PVT. LTD. ("we", "us") collects when you use Travelieons — the travel CRM, its mobile app and this website — what we do with it, and the choices you have. It is written for agencies that use Travelieons and for the travellers whose details those agencies keep in it.

1. Two kinds of information

Your account information. When an agency signs up, we collect the agency's name, the names, email addresses and phone numbers of its users, billing and GST details, and payment records for the subscription. We are responsible for this information.

Information your agency keeps in Travelieons. Enquiries, customers and travellers, passport and visa details, itineraries, quotations, bookings, payments, supplier rates and messages are entered by the agency. The agency decides what is stored and why; we process it only to run the service for that agency, on its instructions. Each agency's workspace is kept separate from every other agency's.

2. What we collect automatically

  • Sign-in and security information: IP address, browser and device type, the time of sign-in, and a record of important changes (an audit trail).
  • Essential cookies that keep you signed in, protect forms from forgery and remember choices such as your column layout. We do not use advertising cookies in the CRM.
  • On this website, anonymous usage statistics if analytics is switched on, and whatever you type into a contact or enquiry form.

3. How we use it

  • To provide, secure and support the service, and to fix problems.
  • To bill the subscription and issue GST invoices.
  • To send service messages — sign-in and password emails, reminders, and notices about your account or plan.
  • To improve Travelieons, using aggregated information that does not identify a traveller.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use an agency's customer data to market to its customers.

4. Services we rely on

Some features send information to trusted providers, only as far as the feature needs it:

  • Payments — payment gateways such as Razorpay process subscription and traveller payments. We do not store full card numbers.
  • WhatsApp and SMS — messages an agency chooses to send go through the WhatsApp Business platform (via Chatieons) or an SMS provider.
  • Email — email is sent through our mail servers or the agency's own mail server when it connects one; a mailbox the agency connects (for example Microsoft 365) is read only to show it inside Travelieons.
  • AI features — when a user asks for an AI draft or extraction, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the result. Supplier net rates are never sent to an AI feature that writes for customers, and anything financial or customer-facing is shown to a person to check before it is used.
  • Hosting — our servers and backups are run by our hosting provider.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the security of the service and its users.

5. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed, and saved credentials such as mail passwords and API keys are encrypted. Access inside each agency is controlled by roles, and sensitive figures such as supplier costs are visible only to users who have been given permission. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.

6. How long we keep it

We keep an agency's data for as long as its account is active. When an account is closed, the agency can ask for an export first; we then delete or anonymise the data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law (for example tax invoices).

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal information, withdraw a consent you have given, and raise a grievance. If you are a traveller, please contact the travel agency you dealt with first — it controls your booking data — and we will help it respond.

8. Children

Travelieons is a business tool and is not meant for children. Details of minors travelling with their families are entered by agencies, who are responsible for having a parent's or guardian's consent.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date below shows the latest version; significant changes will also be announced inside the CRM.

10. Contact and grievances

For privacy questions, requests or grievances, write to billing@travelieons.com or use our Contact page. We aim to reply within 30 days.
